Slime64
Slime64 is a student team project created in just one week using Unreal Engine and C++. Inspired by Mario 64, the game follows a playful slime exploring a colorful 3D world.
All visuals were handcrafted either directly in Unreal Engine or using MS Paint, giving the project a simple yet charming and unique identity.
Slime64 is a showcase of rapid prototyping, teamwork, and gameplay-first design philosophy.
Challenges of the project
- Implementing smooth and engaging movement mechanics for the slime.
- Creating all visual assets from scratch in a very limited time frame.
- My contribution: I was in charge of the enemy system, including AI behavior, movement, and player interaction logic.
